Founding Year Transparency Snapshot
Founding Year: 2025–2026 · Last Updated: May 2026
At The Thresholds is committed to being honest about where we are — not just where we are going. This document shares our organizational structure, planned revenue and expense allocation, and accountability commitments for our founding year.
We have not yet received or expended public funds. This is our founding year. We are building the infrastructure, the offerings, and the community that will make this work sustainable. We are sharing this now because transparency is not something you earn after you have money — it is something you practice from the beginning.

Mission & Purpose
At The Thresholds exists to provide accessible wellness education, facilitated community gatherings, and direct care support for women in Western Massachusetts — with particular focus on women of color, caregivers, and women who have been systematically underserved by existing wellness and healthcare systems.
Our work is grounded in a historian's methodology: we help women understand that their exhaustion, their depression, their financial struggle, their isolation — these did not happen in a vacuum. They have a history. A source. And once named, they can be moved through.
