At The Threshold invites…
Circle Stewards
At The Thresholds is carried by a small, intentional circle of people who believe that care is a form of power — and that building something honest takes time. We are in our founding year. We are not a large team. What we are is a living practice, shaped by the people who show up for it with integrity and presence.
The Founding Circle
These are not positions. They are invitations — to build with intention, to practice presence, and to grow alongside a community that is committed to the slow work of restoration.

Historian & Archivist
Diamond — known as Dia — is a historian, archivist, and researcher whose work lives at the intersection of intellectual history, colonialism, and the recovery of lives that were documented poorly or not at all. She holds a degree in Literature and History and is currently a fellow with the Slavery North Initiative at UMass Amherst, where her archival work focuses on the documented lives of enslaved individuals in the North.
She has been a caregiver since she was seventeen. That experience, and the systemic invisibility that came with it, is the foundation of At The Thresholds. She is a Narrative 4 Facilitator and holds entrepreneurship accreditation through ICIC Boston. She brings a historian's rigor and a caregiver's honesty to every space she holds.
At The Thresholds is her answer to the question nobody asked her until recently: what do you actually need?

Editorial Collaborator
Hailey is a writer and editor whose work spans medical writing, editorial articles, and personal narrative. She brings careful attention to language and a commitment to the people at the center of every piece of writing. She supports the editorial direction of At The Thresholds' written content with the same philosophy she brings to all her work: in whatever you write, the person at the center should never feel alone.
Grow With Us
We are not currently hiring or accepting formal applications for paid roles. But we are always interested in hearing from people whose values align with ours — women who want to contribute to this work as it grows.
If you are a facilitator, a community organizer, a writer, or a woman who has been inside the material we work with and wants to be part of building something honest — reach out. We are building slowly, with intention, and we welcome people who understand what that means.
