The Threshold is built on threads of care and collective wisdom. This is a living collection of resources that support women in accessing healing and belonging. These organizations carry knowledge in different forms: in breath, in birth, in plants, in bodies, in policy, and in community. Some are rooted here in Western Massachusetts; others work nationally, shaping the conditions of care for women everywhere.

A Living Threshold

These resources are not static. They breathe, evolve, and grow alongside our community.

If you know of an organization that should be here, one that tends to women’s bodies, spirits, or futures …we welcome your suggestions.

Because care is collective.

Because healing is shared.

Because every woman deserves a safe threshold to cross.
