Our Vision

The Leaders in Care Gathering is an intimate circle of rest, presence, and reverence for women who carry immense responsibility. This is not a retreat, a summit, or a stage, it is a threshold. A private sanctuary where women are invited to lay down performance, be met with quiet dignity, and remember themselves beyond their roles.

Every element is curated not for luxury, but for depth: for nervous systems to soften, for bodies to be listened to, and for spirits to be tended without demand or visibility.

Women who lead often give endlessly, to families, communities, movements, institutions, and the world itself.

Leaders in Care exists so that these women are not only honored in words, but tended in practice.

This is a space where care is not transactional, but reciprocal; not curated for visibility, but for healing; not designed for productivity, but for restoration.

We gather so that women who tend the world may finally be tended.
